Sometimes, someone listening to you in a safe, non-judgmental, confidential setting can change your perspective. Even when you cannot control what is happening, therapy can help you to respond to your challenges in an empowering way.
Relationship or mental health issues, panic or traumatic event occurring in early or later life, as well as ongoing instances of neglect, grief, loss or unmet needs, may significantly affect our sense of self. Negative experiences constrain our development and perceptions. But things can get better. Counselling or psychotherapy can help us to understand ourselves more fully, develop more satisfying relationships, and live the lives we like to lead.
In stressful situation sometimes we behave differently . Life is often confusing and overwhelming. Sometimes we find ourselves in difficult situations or experience thoughts and behaviors that we do not understand.
At the same time , we all have great inner resources for healing and for growth. But we need a context in which we feel listened to and heard and within which a new perspective can develop.
I can help you with Anxiety that seems take control of your life , low self esteem that can hinder you to growth , grief due to separation or loss of your loved one , depression that gives you lack of motivation to change , relationship problems that ruin your work and social life.
I am open to listen carefully to your thoughts, experiences, fears, hopes, and loneliness, as we work together in your therapy to understand your particular concerns and experiences and assist you through your difficult time .

I am currently taking new clients . The first step is to sign up by fill uping the form or a phone call, for a free 15-minutes consultation ( Over phone ) to see if we are a good therapeutic fit. If so, I will add you to my list and ask you for your availability.
Most of my appointment openings are in the afternoon and evenings : Time may change shortly .
Monday to Friday : 9 am – 6 pm.
Saturday : By Appointment only.
